Our Executive Director

Meet Kim:

• Kim Zamora is the Executive Director of Hawthorn Court At Ahwatukee. Kim has spent most of her career in senior living where she has opened 6 memory care communities in Illinois and Indiana and eventually taking on the role of Regional Director of Operations and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In addition to memory care, she also has experience in assisted living, independent living, and skilled nursing.


• Kim was born and raised a Midwesterner, in 2021 set her sights on escaping the frigid cold winters in IL. She set he GPS to Arizona where the weather is warmer and she can spend more time doing her favorite things outside. When Kim is not at work you will find her on the pickle ball courts, enjoying pool time, or searching out the next beach for her to discover. She has 2 children and 4 grandchildren who are her driving force.
